Free while we onboard the first agencies.
RenewRig is in early access. We are bringing on a small number of trucking-insurance agencies, one book at a time, and there is no charge while we do.

How it starts
Tell us about your book. We look at it with you, show you your own clients inside RenewRig, and switch on the renewal radar for the next twelve months. Most agencies are working in it the same week.
Questions agencies ask before they join
What does RenewRig cost during early access?
Nothing. Early-access agencies use the full product at no charge while we onboard the first agencies and learn from their books. There is no credit card and no fee to start.
What happens when early access ends?
We will publish plans before general availability, and early-access agencies hear about them first, with time to decide. Nothing changes on your account without notice.
What is included?
Everything on the features page: AI document intake, the nationwide carrier database, the renewal pipeline, loss-run automation, e-signature, the client portal in five languages, text updates, and team roles. Onboarding is done with your real book, by people who run an agency on RenewRig.
How do we bring our existing clients in?
Import a spreadsheet of your clients — company name, USDOT or MC number, contact — and RenewRig matches each one to its FMCSA record. We help with the import during onboarding.
Who can see our data?
Your agency only. Every agency on RenewRig is isolated: clients, notes, quotes, and claims are visible to your team and nobody else. The one shared dataset is the public FMCSA carrier registry.
